The sweet little girl in the image is my wonderful niece Maddie. (Can you guess where it was taken?) I used a similar image of her in my book. When I was looking for inspiration for this year’s Holiday Markets Guide, I came across this one, and it made me smile. I asked my dear and talented friend, artist Ami Kroon, to add a touch of holiday whimsy and magic to it, which she did fabulously, don’t you think? I hope it inspires you to get out and enjoy the wonders of the holidays in New York City!

Enjoy!
