This pie from the wonderful bakers at Pie Corps was absolutely amazing. It is a free-standing deep pie, filled with rich chocolate pudding, and topped off with a cross-hatch of rosemary caramel on top. It’s about 5 1/2 inches across, which would normally satisfy 2 or 3 people, or 1 chocoholic.
