I can’t believe I haven’t seen this video until now.   Thank you, Liza deGuia of Food.Curated for this fascinating interview with Chef Ross Hutchison, who, with his partner Joanna Cybulski, is the genius behind BaconMarmalade.  Ross shares the story behind his innovative, delicious product, but not all the secrets!

I remember exactly where I was the first time I tried BaconMarmalade.  It was the weekend I launched my book at the Brooklyn Lyceum’s Spring Market last year.  And I was addicted.  My favorite thing is making fresh biscuits and slathering them with Bacon Marmalade. It’s savory sweetness at its finest!

The big – no, HUGE – news is that the fabulous people at the Big Gay Ice Cream Truck are incorporating Bacon Marmalade into their world famous Choinkwich when they open their new Big Gay Ice Cream Shop in mid-July.  Now that’s a match made in heaven.
