Berkshire Berries’ Dandelion Jelly at the GrowNYC Greenmarket
Remember that glorious sunny day we had on Monday? The warm rays were streaming through this jar of Dandelion Jelly from Berkshire Berries at the Union Square Greenmarket.
I could almost feel my frozen toes thawing at the thought that maybe, just maybe, spring would actually arrive some day.
Luckily for me, there was one last sample of the jelly on a cracker. It is made with a honey base, and the dandelion adds a lovely, grassy flavor — a sweet mouthful of sunshine.
