Pansies are so bright and cheerful. They are actually named after the word pensée, which is French “thought.” My thoughts are on sunshine and flowers and the pink birthday cake coming my way on Sunday.
So here’s to spring and to getting our window boxes and fire escape gardens ready for the new season.
