The LIC Flea is Open for the Season

By now, most of the markets are open again for the 2015 season after a bit of winter hibernation! The LIC Flea opened last weekend, and it was wonderful. Great artisans, food and flea vendors, a new beer garden with 6 Queens breweries, and a fun crowd. Many of the food vendors were new to me, which I love to see because it means that several of them have graduated to opening their own shops, and that more people are following their dreams. All this and only 1 stop from Grand Central on the 7 train! 10AM – 6PM, 5-25 46th Avenue, Long Island City, Queens
