The 2015 Holiday Fair Graces Vanderbilt Hall in Grand Central Terminal

Luscious handblown glass art and home accessories By Gartner Blade Glass at Grand Central
I visited the Grand Central Holiday Fair on the eve of opening day this week, and I am thrilled to report that this year’s collection of boutiques is wonderful and diverse, and brimming with creativity.
The great majority of products are designed and made in New York and other parts of the US. Some are actually handmade by artisans in places like Peru and Azerbaijan, where the makers, mostly women, are paid a fare wage.
The Grand Central Holiday Fair is open daily through December 24th
Monday – Friday 10AM – 8PM
Saturday 10AM – 7PM
Sunday 11AM – 7PM
Go enjoy this festive indoor holiday market many times throughout the season, and the nearby and equally lovely Bryant Park Holiday Village. If you need a bite to eat, Urbanspace Vanderbilt, Manhattan’s newest food hall, is just across the way at Vanderbilt Avenue and 45th Street.
